Shipping

United States:
We can ship to any street address or P.O. Box in the contiguous United States for a low price of $5.00 with USPS First-Class mail.  If you live elsewhere, we can ship to you for a small extra fee.  Orders valued over $50 will also be shipped with insurance.

You can get your order faster if you choose USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) or USPS Express Mail (Overnight) at checkout.  These services require an extra fee, and this extra fee is non-refundable after your order has been shipped.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment.  Orders placed on holidays and/or weekends may take longer.

All pre-modded controllers and mod service controllers will be sent using USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. Depending on how your custom controller is configured, it may take up to a week for your controller to be shipped.  Please contact us for details on your controller.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

International:

International orders will be sent with USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority, USPS Express Mail, or USPS Global Express Guaranteed.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses due to customs or any other matter on international orders.
